Artist Promotion: To publicly display Artist Profile Data and Portfolio Content to attract Client bookings.
Payment and Billing: To process Subscription Fees and manage the transfer and disbursement of Sales Proceeds.
Communication: To send transactional messages, service announcements, and respond to support requests.
Marketing (with Consent): To send promotional emails about new features, special offers, or relevant Artists/Services, only where explicit consent has been provided.
Legal Compliance: To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms & Conditions, and resolve disputes.

Between Clients and Artists: When a Client initiates an inquiry or reservation, we share the Client’s Profile Data and Booking & Inquiry Data with the specific Artist to whom the request is directed.

Payment Processors: Stripe for handling financial transactions and managing subscriptions.
Hosting Providers: Hostinger for data storage and Platform operation.
Analytics Providers: Google Analytics for understanding platform usage.
Legal Requirements and Harm Prevention: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal process; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Tattooguider; or (c) protect the personal safety of Users or the public.

5. Third-Party Payment Processing
Tattooguider uses Stripe to facilitate all financial transactions, including Subscription Fees and Client payments/deposits. We do not directly store or process your full credit card details. This sensitive financial data is handled directly by Stripe, which adheres to its own strict security standards, such as PCI compliance.
6. Intellectual Property (IP) and Content Disclosure
6.1. Artist Portfolios: All Portfolio Content and Business Data uploaded by Artists are intended for public display and will be visible to all Users and the general public accessing the Platform. 6.2. Client Designs: Client design concepts and reference images are treated as Confidential Information and are only shared with the specific Artist(s) the Client chooses to contact or book with. However, Tattooguider accepts no liability if the Artist breaches this confidentiality after the information has been transmitted to them. 6.3. License Use: We use the license granted in our Terms & Conditions (Section 9.1) to display and market your Content, which includes sharing it with the public via social media or advertising channels.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from accidental loss, unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account and for a period of 6 months to a year afterward to comply with legal obligations (e.g., financial records).
Booking Data: Retained indefinitely for historical record-keeping unless you specifically request deletion (which may affect your ability to use the Platform).
